About Us

Wetumpka Pediatrics was formerly Elmore Community Rural Health Clinic and opened its doors in July 2000. Patient care is available to patients from newborn to 18 years of age.

Our skilled team of pediatricians and nurse practioners offers comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents. Conveniently located in Wetumpka, our courteous and knowledgeable staff works hard from first contact to make every visit to our office positive. Wetumpka Pediatrics is located at 815 Jackson Trace Road Wetumpka, AL 36092. Our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We can be reached at (334) 567-2882.

It is the policy of Wetumpka Pediatrics RHC to provide medical services regardless of the patients’ ability to pay. Discounts are offered based upon household income and size of family. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available. A sliding fee schedule is used to calculate the basic discount and is updated each year using the federal poverty guidelines. Once approved, the discount will be honored for twelve months, after which the patient much reapply.
