Ivy Creek Urgent Care of Enterprise is a new state of the art medical facility now open on Boll Weevil Circle! Ivy Creek Urgent Care is a walk-in medical care facility providing an alternative to long wait times in the emergency room. No referral or appointment is necessary and most insurances are accepted. The new facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology including digital X-rays, CT, on-site labs and electronic medical records.
The experienced professional staff of doctors, nurse practitioners, and medical professionals treat a wide range of injuries and medical conditions. Ivy Creek Urgent Care is equipped with on-site x-ray and lab services for prompt results. Ivy Creek Urgent Care is here to serve your medical needs treating patients of all ages, and open seven days a week.
R. Lee England, IV, MD General Surgery/Emergency Medicine
Dr. England graduated from the University of Tennessee and earned three letters as a member of the varsity football team. He earned his medical degree
from Meharry Medical College and performed a surgical internship at the University of Kentucky. Dr. England's surgical training continued at Vanderbilt Medical Center and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He Joined the staff at ECH in 2000 and is experienced in a wide variety of surgical techniques, with a focus on cosmetic and minimally-invasive procedures.
Dr. Bruce Kent, MD
Bruce Kent is an M.D. is a native of Wetumpka Alabama who graduated from Wetumpka High School. Dr. Kent received his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University at Montgomery and graduated with honors. He attended medical school at South Alabama College of Medicine. He went on to intern at Jackson Hospital Family Practice and completed the residency program at UAB of Montgomery Family Practice with a specialty in Family Medicine. Dr. Kent is a member of AMA, MASA and AAFP. From 1990 to 2003 Dr. Kent worked in private practice. He was on staff as hospitalist for Elmore Community Hospital from 2003 until 2013, while simultaneously practicing with River Region Family Medicine. Dr. Kent works alongside Dr. Martin “Rocky” Lyons and CRNPs Jeana Murphy and Brandy Laurenzi. Dr. Kent remains devoted to serving the medical needs of his patients with compassion.
Dr. Martin A. Lyons, Jr.
Martin “Rocky” Lyons, Jr. is an M.D. at River Region Family Medicine. Dr. Lyons received a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Cell Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Huntingdon College. He received his Certification of Public Health from University of Alabama’s Rural Medical Scholar Program before graduating with a Doctorate of Medicine from the UAB School of Medicine. Dr. Lyons completed his residency at Baptist Health in the Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program before joining River Region Family Medicine in August 2012. Dr. Lyons holds certifications in ACLS and PALS. He is also a member of AAFP, MA State of Alabama, Montgomery County Medical Society and the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Lyons serves as Clinical Director and Lab Director of River Region Family Medicine as well as Treasurer of Elmore Community Hospital. Dr. Lyons works alongside Dr. Kent and CRNPs Hayley Guthrie and Brandy Laurenzi. Dr. Lyons remains committed to meeting the medical needs of his patients and improving their quality of life.
Dr. Jeffrey D. Voreis, MD
Dr. Voreis received his B.S. degree from Purdue University and his medical degree from Indiana University. Dr. Voreis is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has served as an emergency room physician, an internal medicine staff physician, and Chief of Staff at Georgiana Medical Center. Dr. Voreis is trained in internal medicine, rural health practice, nursing home practice and emergency room physician.
Vicki D. Senn, CRNP
Vicki D. Senn, CRNP received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Auburn University in Auburn, AL in 2014 and is board certified through AANP. Prior to this, she served her hometown and surrounding communities as a Registered Nurse for 22 years. Following graduation, she continued her love of emergency nursing with Nurse Practitioner positions in the emergency department and urgency care facilities.
Vicki also has a Master's in nursing education and uses this to educate her patients, to provide a comprehensive healthcare experience. She strongly believes in "The Golden Rule" of treating others the way she wants to be treated, and she strives to incorporate this into the care she provides for her patients.
In Vicki's time away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as working with the youth and children in her church.
Dr. John Campbell
Dr. John Campbell spent 28 years in the US Army serving his country in many ways. Initially he was Airborne Infantry and a Helicopter Pilot before going to UNECOM on a military scholarship. After graduation he continued in the Army and did his residency training in Aerospace Medicine and Occupational/Environmental Medicine as well as getting his Master of Public Health degree. In the Army he served as a Master Flight Surgeon serving different units as a Battalion Flight Surgeon (to include a combat tour to Iraq), The Dean of US Army School of Aviation Medicine and the Command Surgeon for the US Army Combat readiness/Safety Center. Upon retirement from the Army, Dr. Campbell continued serving the Army as the Medical advisor and primary physician for the Army’s elite training course Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE). During this time he was also able to teach OMT to student from the AT Still’s SOMA campus, in Troy, AL. Dr. Campbell is an Assistant professor of SOMA and Adjunct faculty member of the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM). Dr. Campbell is currently living in Enterprise since 2002, one of those Dam-Yankees that came South!! Go Red Sox and Patriots!! He is happily married to his high school sweet heart Tish (Hadfield) and they have 4 children and a new granddaughter!
