Samantha Pickett is Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Family/Urgent Care at Ivy Creek Urgent Care in Enterprise. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Troy University and then earned her Master of Science degree at Troy University in Troy, Alabama with a specialization in Nursing Informatics. After working as a Clinical Informatic she earned her Post Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Alabama Huntsville. She holds national board certifications with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner. She serves as secretary for the local NANPA organization and won the 2019 Outstanding Regional Nurse Practitioner Award at NPAA. Samantha grew up in Daleville, AL and lived in Enterprise, AL. She moved to Huntsville in 2019 and is now residing in Dothan AL. She has worked as a nurse for the past 29 years with 5 years’ experience as a NP. She loves working as a nurse as she loves to care for people. Samantha’s interests include quilting, sewing and being with her family. She has three daughters, two granddaughters and a grandson. She has been married to her husband for the past 23 years and has multiple fur kids.
